Custom Image Tumblers

How does the custom tumbler process work?
It's simple! When you place your order, upload the image you'd like on your tumbler. I'll personally edit and apply it to the best of my ability to make it look amazing.

What if my image is too large or gets cut off?
Some images may be too large or not perfectly sized for the tumbler surface. While I do my absolute best to work with every image, I want to be upfront that I can't always guarantee the final placement will be exactly as you envision. If there's an issue, I'll reach out to you via email to work it out together!

Why is my email address important?
Please make sure the email address on your order is current and one you check regularly. If I have any questions about your custom image, I'll contact you there before proceeding.

Free Stickers

Do I really get free stickers with my order?
Yes! Every order comes with 3 free stickers. Designs are created by independent artists and rotate regularly, so each order is a little surprise!

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once shipped, we always use the fastest shipping option available and it's always free!

How do I clean my tumbler?

Hand washing is recommended to best preserve your design. While your tumbler is dishwasher safe, consistent dishwasher use may cause the design to fade faster over time. To keep it looking its best, hand washing is the way to go!
